Quick Veggie Stir-Fry
A colorful, healthy dinner ready in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
Instructions
Heat sesame oil in wok over high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir 30 seconds. Add vegetables, stir-fry 5-7 minutes until crisp-tender. Add soy sauce and toss. Serve over rice.
